Wedding Rental
At Sweet Clover farm we are here to make your dreams come true for a unique, one of a kind farm wedding. This hidden little gem is only 5 miles from historic Hermann, Mo along the Missouri river. We have an original, circa 1920 -1930’s barn that is still home to our livestock. An event building with wagon wheel and mason jar chandeliers, a bridal suite for the lovely bride and her attendants and a groom’s shed for the guy’s. Also, two ceremony sites to choose from. What makes us unique is that we are still a working farm during the week and by weekend we are truly an amazing destination wedding venue.
weekend Wedding: $5250*
You will have access on Friday at 12pm-9pm, Saturday 9am-11pm, Sunday 9am-12pm. Access to bridal cottage and groom’s shed is 8am.
FRIDAY/SATURDAY WEDDING: $4500*
You will have access on Friday at 1pm-6pm, Saturday 9am-11pm. Access to bridal cottage and groom’s shed is 8am.
SATURDAY ONLY WEDDING: $4000*
You will have access on Saturday 9am-11pm. 14 hours total for the event plus setup and tear down. Access to bridal cottage and groom’s shed is 8am.
SUNDAY WEDDING: $3200*
You will have access on Sunday at 10am-10pm. 12 hours total for the event plus setup and tear down. Access to bridal cottage and groom’s shed is 9am.
MICRO WEDDING/ELOPEMENT: $300/hour*
Up to 50 guests, minimum 4 hours Monday – Thursday only. Access to bridal cottage and groom’s shed is not available with this package.

Wagon/hay ride available after ceremony for wedding pictures around the farm or guest rides (weather permitting) additional $100 per hour up to 2 hour hours. Available July through October.
Ceremony set-up for indoor or outdoor (tables, chairs, benches)
Table set-up and tear down for reception
Exclusive use of property for engagement photos (by appointment only)
Propane heaters are available for rent, $75 each
Decorating and cleanup must be done within your allotted time frame specified in your signed contract.

Missouri sales tax is included in the above pricing.
Cash or check is preferred. All convenience fees associated with use of credit card will be charged to the client. Rates subject to change anytime.
Your contract rate & term is based on the date your contract is signed, not the date ofthe tour. (Sometimes couples tour weeks or months before they book). If there is a change in rate, the investment will be based on the date the contract is signed.
